The Member of Parliament for Dormaa Central, Hon. John Kwame Adu Jack has distributed 10 Laptops, 2 printers to the Dormaa Central Education and Health Directorate respectively with each directorate receiving 5 laptops and a Printer each to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their operational work output. He also gifted the education Directorate with an Office Chair.
Speaking on behalf of the MP after the Donation, Hon. David Atta Twum, Dormaa Central Constituency Secretary of the NDC noted that the donation forms part of the NDC reset agenda and aims at resourcing the supervisory authority of the education Directorate to facilitate effective supervision and data collection as the world advances to digital and paperless system.
He said the donation is expected to significantly empower educators and health professionals alike, providing them with modern technological tools that can facilitate their tasks, streamline administrative processes, and ultimately improve the quality of service delivered to the community.
Upon receiving the devices, the Dormaa Central Municipal Director of Education, Reverend Father Kingsley Dwamena Asante, conveyed his gratitude to the Member of Parliament for the generous donation. He underscored the significance of these devices in aiding the directorate with data collection and storage, highlighting their necessity for efficient operation. Furthermore, he noted that the office chair would provide him with much-needed comfort, particularly during instances requiring overtime work, and expressed confidence that the donation would significantly enhance productivity.
